I've known Demitrius for about 6 years, as friend, personal computer guru and business associate.

As a friend, I enjoyed his wise counsel and great listening skills. When you think of it, these are attributes you'd also like to see in your computer guy! Let me add a couple more.

Demitrius' best attribute as a computer guy are not his computer skills, which, by the way, he has in abundance, but his ability to explain what's going on in plain English. No computer-geek-speak here! I (Yes, Virginia, even I!) always left our conversations with a clear understanding what was needed and what the other possibilities were. I found this to be extremely refreshing, having had my fair share of computerese throughout the years.

And the final comment I would make is that one of Demitrius' main strengths is his breadth of knowledge. This allows him to see beyond the end of this particular problem. "Hmmmm, if we do this, in about 4 months you'll need to add this, and we might as well add that while I have your computer on my desk. BTW, I saw an article which suggests you might need to look at this as well!" In other words he looked at my computers not just as a technical problem but from the viewpoint of my business as well.

I really appreciate how Demitrius explains to me what I need to know in a way I can totally understand. Some of the other repair guys I've had out here talked over my head and I didn't want to appear stupid so I just didn't say anything. Demitrius literally took me by the hand and walked me through the doorway into 21st Century technology. I like to call my self computer illiterate! The only thing that I could perform was turning the power button and pray everything would work. Demitrius has been immeasurable help to us. He designed our web site back in about 1996. The site has brought in more inquires than I can handle.

I have called him to update or clean up our computer or just trouble shoot problems many times. If he can’t do it by remote he comes to our home and always finds and fixes the problem.
