Over sixteen years ago I purchased my first computer. It was a used Panasonic 8088 running at 4 Mhtz and had 256k of ram. There was no hard drive. The operating system was DOS 3.1.

I opened the owner's manual and found I really liked reading about this techie stuff. Actually, I loved it. And I've never stopped reading tech manuals since. Give me a nice, fat, 800 page manual with tiny type face and lots of exercises and leave me alone! I'm happy!

Obviously computers have come a long ways since then. And I've constantly updated my learning and equipment. For most of those years I was the guy who repaired computers on the side. I used to joke that I had a hobby I got paid for. But about a year ago I went "pro" and started to build a business based on my talent.

While I am technically inclined I find that my clients are not and I've found what people comment most about my services is about my communication skills. I won't make you feel stupid by talking over your head. In fact, I'll only educate you to the limit you care to know. Otherwise, I'll just focus on fixing the problem.
